East Meets East Part II
We were pleased to find out we were voted Best Art Gallery in Sneak Previews “Best of Ashland” and want to thank everyone who voted for us. We appreciate our patrons and will continue to bring great art, antiques, jewelry and of course those wonderful animal stuffies to our gallery for you. You can always find great music by local musicians with fantastic exhibits on First Friday Art Walk.
Meanwhile, we continue our journey through the middle and far Eastern countries with many interesting and intriguing items. Our front window display features altars, shrines and icons with many more inside! We can help you put together the perfect alter for your home.
While at Gallerie Karon, don’t forget to visit our mini bazaar presided over by a life size clairvoyant baboon who by the way is predicting an abundant, peaceful Year of the Rabbit. Our mini bazaar is filled with exotic items from many Eastern countries.
Jerri Cook has presented a beautiful selection of handmade, hand painted porcelain plaques depicting Eastern portraits. Her “Little Japanese Girl” portrait is especially stunning.
