Faces Hidden and Revealed

Masks, Puppets and Portraits

What a festive night – First Friday Art Walk at Gallerie Karon October 7th! Fun filled and inspiring from end to end. First, check out our spooktacular Halloween window display. We start off the night with music by Dan Fellman and Bob Rowlings jazz and more. From 6-7 Barry Vitcov will have for sale and signing his two latest books, “The Wilber Stories” and “Where I Live Most of the Time”. ┬áMeandering through the crowd will be professional puppeteer, Helen Holgate demonstrating puppets from her collection and ours. (Don’t be surprised if a tiger taps you on the shoulder – he’s friendly.)

Added to all the fun is the artwork of Jerri Cook. We are spotlighting her collection of miniature portraits on porcelain including a new one of Maggie Smith  to our Downton Abbey salute. Yes another movie is in the works! This is a packed full night so come and be prepared to stay awhile and enjoy all of it!
