“Works on paper” Printmaking art by Tiffany Hokanson

Tiffany Hokanson, printmaker

Tiffany Hokanson’s printmaking art is driven by her exploration of materials and love for process. “I appreciate the visible signs of wear and degradation that occur naturally to materials over time, so I often highlight rust, cracks or imperfections in my work.” See Tiffany’s unique and stunning rust prints and etchings in the AAC Print Studio in the Artists Underground, the lower level of AAC.

Special Show in the Classroom:

“Hearts and Hopes Illuminated” is a group show featuring art submissions from survivors of sexual assault within our community, SOU students, Dunn House Shelter and SASH (Sexual Assault Survivors’ Healing) Support Group. This show will celebrate the beginning of April’s Sexual Assault Awareness Month a world-wide pro-active annual occasion. Events are planned throughout the entire month culminating with Take Back the Night on the SOU Campus. Please join us by speaking out against sexual assault… America’s ‘silent violent epidemic’.
