In Yelena’s show “Dynamic and Still Life” she wants to bring attention to the dynamism of still lifes and the stillness required at the core of dynamic movement. “Life seemingly manifests in opposites, but all of the opposites are required to represent the wholeness.” This show will display how colors and shapes contribute to various expressions and evoke particular feelings in the viewer. Join Yelena in her studio upstairs at Ashland Art Center.
  • Friday, December 6, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm
  • As always, visitors will find galleries, open studios, art, and artists on all three floors of the Art Center. There will also be refreshments and live music.
