“Travels: going from one place to another” (Webster’s Dictionary) Paintings by Gloria Kastenberg

I have travelled widely studying the old masters or painting with the new ones.  In this exhibit I share the fruits of these travels, yet all my paintings represent more than places or destinations. Some are painted right in my own backyard or the studio because I also travel internally from conception to creation whether I am painting portraiture, figurative, landscape or still life.  As light travels through life, I travel within and follow it. I hope you enjoy sharing my journey.
