SEVEN rethinking ceramics

Exhibition opens on Thursday, January 12, and runs through Saturday, March 3, 201. Seven contemporary artists working in ceramics question the history, function, role and materiality of the medium. This is done through various means, some of which include reinventing and contextualizing the figurine, working with multiples and addressing the history of minimalism, and making impermanent objects and temporal experiences.
