studios on the tour. The Open Studio
Tour is part of the Ashland Gallery
Association’s efforts to promote the
visual arts and arts education in Ashland
and is made possible in part by grants
from the City of Ashland and the Oregon
Community Foundation. ✱

Artists invite you in to see the creative
processes behind our incredible and
diverse arts community. Mediums from
painting, drawing and digital arts to
metal, ceramics, sculpture and fiber arts
are on view. Scheduled demonstrations
are open to attend.
Last year’s Fifth Annual Studio Tour on
October 6 and 7 of 2018 was better than
ever. Our attendance increased by 20%.
Over half were returning visitors, happy
to be able to follow favorite artists’
new works. A quarter came more than
50 miles to explore Ashland’s artist
habitats. Many of the artists appreciated
